From the day Renae advised of the off-market listing to the day I exchanged contracts was less than two weeks. As a real estate valuer, real estate agent and now a buyer’s agent I was very optimistic in her abilities and this was proven in her confident, knowledgeable, straight forward approach which made me feel able to relax into the process and follow her guidance.
I was so grateful I did not have to negotiate with any more vendor's agents. Renae is promoted as an ethical agent and backs this up by giving a portion of her commission to charity.
