This was my first ever experience using a buyer’s agent and after 6 months of searching, I must say it was one of the best experiences ever. Not only is Renae extremely knowledgeable, her professionalism and genuine care for the best outcome shines through in every aspect of her work.
She spent a considerable amount of time and effort to understand our needs and show us possibilities prior deciding if we wanted to proceed with her services (which also included an hour long zoom call to ensure we understood the whole ins and outs of her service). From there we received detailed reports on potential purchases, in depth analysis of each place to help us compare which place best suited our needs and finalised all forms of negotiation.
We managed to secure a property under budget in less than a week! Admittedly we were lucky with the timing however it was her knowledge and service that helped us lock everything in and finalise a deal. If that’s not enough, She’s since helped us post sale also.
